Opened in October 2025, HL Peninsula is the largest Cantonese restaurant in the United States — a 28,000-square-foot dining hall seating more than eight hundred guests, complemented by nine private rooms.
The kitchen is known for dim sum made by hand each morning and for traditional Cantonese cooking built around live seafood.
